Looky looky at the prizes on offer for the Keep Splott Tidy fundraiser!

It’s not too long now until the Keep Splott Tidy fundraiser on the 10th November at the Cottage Pub, Sanquhar Street, and look at all the lovely looty we have on offer for you quizmasters and quizmistresses and lucky raffle-ticket-takers.

First prize in the quiz is a fantastic hamper of drinkies kindly donated by the Cottage Pub, with a box of Magners for second prize, donated by Tesco Pengam Green, and a tin of Marks & Sparks scrummy biscuits for the third prize team.  Start gathering your teams of 2-6 together and remember to come up with a tam name as the best will receive a prize.

The winner of the raffle will take home a hand made guitar kindly donated by local business Limerick Guitars.  Other prizes on offer in the raffle include a meal for four at the Cottage, a £25 voucher for Cardiff Paint Supplies, a beautiful print of Cardiff Bay donated by Jon James Photography, two free bounces at Infinity Trampoline Park and a super coffee set donated by Costa Coffee.

Many more prizes will be revealed over the coming week, so keep a weather eye on inksplott for tasty tidbits and quiz updates.

On sale on the night will be prints of the recent harvest moon taken by Splottlander Louise Clarke which you can snap up (ha ha) for a mere £2 each – these have been donated by local print business Davies Colour.

All proceeds raised on the night will go to Keep Splott Tidy to enable us to buy our on equipment and insurance so that we can go our more often and keep the streets of Splott tidy mun!

Come along and have a great time, test your quiz prowess and meet some of your fellow Splottlanders.
