Fundraiser launches plea for local volunteers

Can you help Kerrie put on an amazing afternoon tea and pamper session in aid of Miscarriage Association?

An organiser of a charity event in Splott is looking for people to help her put on a vintage afternoon tea and pamper session at the Old Splott Library on the 17th February.

Kerrie has been raising money for Miscarriage Association and will be running a marathon in aid of the charity.  In the run-up, she is organising a few more fundraising events, including a session for women to come together and chat over afternoon tea whilst having a bit of a pamper.

Kerrie hopes that volunteers will come forward to help out on the afternoon:

“I want to do something around women coming together having a chat and offers of make-up, nails and massage etc. It would be fantastic if local people would be willing to get involved in such an event – perhaps donating their time and expertise?”

The event will take place at 3pm on the 17th February.

Are you a masseuse, hair dresser, make-up technician or nail technician?  Can you help Kerrie?

Drop Inksplott a message if you can lend a hand on the day.
