During the lockdown it’s clear that lots of people have been gardening and doing up their house frontages and front gardens. It’s been so inspirational that for the whole of August, Growing Street Talk has been posting a special GST Front Gardens Summer Celebration of the amazing front gardens and house frontages that people have been developing in the Splott and Grangetown wards. The team would like to continue celebrating with residents at an online Tea Party Zoominar!
Liz and Michelle would love to hear what’s been happening in your street this summer and if you and your neighbours have been gardening more. At this on-line tea party, you’ll have the chance to:
· share what’s been happening in your street
· hear what people have been doing across Grangetown and Splott
· tell us if your GST street group is working
· discuss how more people could be encouraged to get active in your street
· tell us how we can support your street groups in future
They really want to find out how we can all help to make Grangetown and Splott greener and cleaner, and would love for residents to join in on September 2nd.
The session will be hosted using Zoom. Once you’ve booked your free place, you will be sent joining instructions by email or to your mobile.
